- Delivery to New Zealand is 5 – 10 business days.

- To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods. - Pentagon is not responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes ( if applicable) in the destination country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be incurred by the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". At Pentagon we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So that we can deliver a great Pentagon experience, even when you are returning or exchanging:

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or refund within 21 days.

 

Please email info@pentagon-au.com confirming your desire to either exchange or refund your purchase, noting your order number. You will find your order number at the top of your confirmation email from Pentagon. Customer service will advise you accordingly.

- The customer service division of Pentagon operates Monday to Friday during normal business hours E.S.T.  If still in doubt, you can contact info@pentagon-au.com. We will gladly guide you through the returns/exchange process.

- We will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 21 days of the purchase date on your receipt.  Returned merchandise must be unworn and include the purchase receipt and the original Pentagon packaging.

- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges to Pentagon. Pentagon will re-send the requested item at our expense. (Australia Only)

- For returns without a receipt we will make an exchange at the current selling price of the item.

- Refunds are processed within 48 hours upon receiving the goods and are refunded in the same manner as the original payment.  Please note depending on your bank, the processing of a refund can take up to 5 business days.

- Exchanges can be made once authorisation is obtained from info@pentagon-au.com. The support office will direct you to a store near you, where the product and size you require to exchange is available.

- When refunding product, shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Government members are not required to pay for shipping when placing an order within Australia, this does not apply internationally.

- Please note all returned goods are shipped at customer’s own expense, including Government members.

 

 

- All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer’s expense.  This includes purchases, exchanges and or refunds.
